PRODUCTION
ENGINEER
The Production Engineer will be responsible for driving production efficiency and ensuring quality, safety, and process standards are met across the manufacturing floor. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role focuses on hitting production targets, optimizing operations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Complete daily MIS reporting and production documentation.
-
Prepare and maintain SOPs, process check sheets, OPLs, and other production documents.

Train operators and support their skill development.
-
Plan capacity and manpower in line with production forecasts.

Implement defect-free processes and enforce quality control standards.
-
Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and streamline workflows.

Ensure 100% compliance with PPE and all safety regulations.

Schedule and supervise routine maintenance activities to reduce downtime.

Collaborate with engineering, QA, and logistics teams for effective production coordination.
Who You are

Someone with a Diploma or BE in Engineering from a reputed institution in India or Asia.

You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

You’re a natural problem-solver who’s comfortable making data-driven decisions on the floor.

You know how to collaborate across departments and can influence teams to get things done.​

Time management is your strong suit — you thrive under deadlines and know how to prioritize.

You enjoy working in both systems/data-heavy and people-oriented environments.

You’ve got a sharp eye for process improvements and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves for probelm solving.

Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and reporting — you’re no stranger to MIS dashboards.
